Strengthening the immune system
Vitamins C and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
1000 mg of Vitamin C + 20 µg of Vitamin D
Take one tablet a day, dissolved in water, preferably in the morning. Place the tablet in a glass of water and take immediately after effervescence has ended.
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that cannot be synthesized by humans and its deficiency results in an impaired immune system and increased susceptibility to infections. Vitamin C contributes to various cellular functions that support the immune system.
Vitamin D is important for the immune system and increases immune function against viral diseases. Vitamin D also has an immunomodulatory effect and can decrease tissue inflammation. Lack of vitamin D increases the risk of infections.
